S/S private room in cute house, Aug rent free

I am selling my contract for spring/summer of 2010 for a women's private room in a cute little house on 5th east. The rent is $300/month BUT I have already paid for the last month's rent, so you would only be paying for May, June, and July (you would get the end of April and August for free!) It evens out to the equivalent of $225/month for a private room. The house has a large kitchen, living room, and the bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser and the room is painted light yellow. It is a cute little house, with 3 great roommates.
