s/s contract at Omni

I am moving home for the summer and need to sell my contract at the Omni apartments. It is BYU approved. The complex is great and is by far the best apartment I have lived in. The rent is $335 because the room is on the third floor but I am throwing in $100 if you decide to take the contract because the other floors are only $310. The third floor is great though, we have vaulted ceilings which makes the apartment look way bigger and a ceiling fan which is always nice during the summer. There are 4 private bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer within the apartment itself. A huge kitchen with tons of cabinet space. The only utility you have to pay is electricity which is never more than $10 a month. There is also free covered parking and a hot tub. The management is amazing and are always available.
