2) At least two year rental history with positive reference

3) Good credit and criminal history. No bankruptcies or evictions and no more than
two collections and/ or judgments.
If applicant only qualifies for 1 of either the income or
credit requirements, they may still qualify by paying an additional security
deposit equal to 2 months rent (fully refundable.) All other requirements must
be met fully.
Lease Initiation fee: $300
Deposit: $2,000
Pets negotiable with pet lease. Pet agreement fee $100. Monthly pet fee $60 per month.

Annual lease ends May 31st. (Month to Month is optional for an additional fee and a 3 month minimum.)
