I just bought a brand new townhome in Independence Avenue (5-7 minutes from BYU) and am looking for one more (female) roommate. The townhome has three suites--each girl gets one large bedroom and their own bathroom. The room available is VERY LARGE--the size of a double-room--and has two closets. There is also another half-bath on the main floor for guests. The place is awesome--three floors, two family rooms, tons of upgrades. The best part is the clubhouse. There is a pool, hot tub, exercise room, game room, theater room (holds 15 or so people), and a HUGE party room with full kitchen. The clubhouse is wired for an IPod to hook-up and play throughout the whole place. My townhome is just behind the clubhouse, so super easy access. Plus, the Provo River Trail is located two blocks away. I am looking for someone who is fun, social, and wants to have a great living situation. The other girl who will live with us and I both have masters degrees from BYU. We are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle as us (no smoking, no drinking, no guys sleeping over, etc.).
