Basement in the best area in Provo!

Basement in a new townhome up on the mountain ridge in Provo fully furnished. You will have your own bedroom and bath but shared kitchen. Great views over the lake and easy access to hiking trails and the canyon. We have pets so this is probably not ideal if you are allergic. Rent includes utilities and internet. We are currently renting out until the end of April but are open for longer rentals. Prefer to rent out to young male student since we have a UVU student in the house already.
